BENTONVILLE, Ark. — America's Car-Mart increased its network of buy-here, pay-here dealerships on Tuesday by rolling out its 119th store in previously uncharted territory.

The newest location and the fifth the company has opened so far during its current fiscal year is located in Woodstock, Ga.

"Woodstock is our first location in Georgia, a state that we are very excited about as we look to the future. We will continue to expand our business to more cities like Woodstock as we grow," said William "Hank" Henderson, president and chief executive officer of Car-Mart.

"Our expansion department continues to raise the bar, and the success we are having with our new dealership openings is certainly proof of that," Henderson continued.

"Woodstock is our fifth new dealership for this fiscal year," he went on to say. "We presently have five new locations secured which will keep us on track for 10 for the full fiscal year."

Henderson added the newest lot will be managed by Chance Armstrong, "who is very excited to lead our efforts at this great new Car-Mart location."

Looking ahead, chief financial officer Jeff Williams noted, "Our solid financial results, strong balance sheet and competitive strengths will continue to allow us to provide the best possible service to our 56,000-plus active accounts and to future customers we will gain as we grow.

"We continue to expect to open additional dealerships at an approximate 10-percent annual rate beyond fiscal 2013," Williams concluded.
