LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y. — Dealertrack Technologies announced the next free webinar to help dealers and F&I managers remain compliant.

The next session titled, "OFAC Checks, Risk-Based Pricing and Adverse Action Notices: Three Critical Tasks for Your Dealership," will take place on March 14 at 2 p.m. ET.

This webinar will be hosted by Dealertrack compliance counsel Randy Henrick. The event will conclude with a live question-and-answer session meant to give attendees an opportunity to leverage Henrick's expertise on automotive finance compliance matters.

"With the constant changes in regulation, it is difficult to stay on top of everything that your dealer readers need to do to protect themselves," Dealertrack said. "During the session, Randy Henrick will discuss these critical tasks and how they impact a dealership."

Texas Dealer Association Endorses Dealertrack Technologies

Dealers in the Lone Star State have a newly-endorsed option for dealer management systems.

This week, Dealertrack Technologies and the Texas Automobile Dealers Association announced TADA's endorsement of Dealertrack's dealer management systems, inventory management, sales and F&I, registration and titling, and interactive solutions for use by Texas dealers.

Bill Wolters, president of TADA, said, "Dealertrack solutions are used successfully by hundreds of Texas dealers today. In the future, we expect more and more of our member dealers to embrace Dealertrack solutions to better manage and grow their businesses."

The Dealertrack solutions and services endorsed by the Texas association include dealer management solutions, the company's web-based DMS platform to integrate and manage primary functions of dealership operations; inventory management solutions for appraising, sourcing, vehicle transportation and more; and sales and F&I solutions, to streamline sales processes and offer aftermarket and compliance tools.

Also endorsed by TADA are Dealertrack's registration and titling solutions, and its interactive solutions offering digital marketing and website services.

"By leveraging Dealertrack's comprehensive set of innovative solutions, TADA members will be able to offer consumers a leading-edge car buying experience, while enjoying the benefits of an efficient and productive technology platform," said Mark O'Neil, Dealertrack chairman and chief executive officer.

"As a result of this endorsement, we look forward to helping more Texas dealers experience the benefits of working with one core partner to streamline workflow and enhance dealership profitability," he added.
